From what I can find, these windows are manufactured by "Diamond"?? Not sure if they are original with the house (cir. 1983) CODE: IAP RATING: NFRC SERIES: WELD II 4000 DH MST: 4060

Hi! I need to substitute a Tilt Latch of a Double Hung Window. Attached are photos. I don't see any names, numbers or makings on it. Do you have this part available?

The tilt latch is 2 5/8 by 5/8 x 3/8. Need multiples of these both left and right. The sash break above is broken. Do I need to replace the piece shown above and the coil? I cannot find any markings on the latch or the window. The mechanism is approximately 5/8 inches wide and 2-5/8 inches long (on the top). I have not taken the latch out of the window for fear of not being able to back in. But after watching your videos it appears it's a lot easier fix than I realize ... (cont.)
