3052 Single hung 37 3/4 x 64 3/ white 8/8 grill clear Windows 6/27/2001 balancers and tilt latch in need of replacement or repair.

I'm trying to identify a tilt latch. The photo is of the left side which is not broken. I need the right side and will be purchasing a set. On body there is a "7F", tab to hold in place shows "75" Patent # 5,139,291 also on bottom.

Window latches are broken on 2 windows. 2 left and 1 right laches needed

I m looking for a replacement for this tilt latch and these pivot bars, I think they're called for my double hung window. I dnt see a manufacturer name o jn the window anywhere. Please help. Thank u for ur time

I'm looking to replace the tilt lock on my windows. The lever on top to open the lock broke. My windows are very hard to open, should I grease the tube counterweights? Also, I'm looking for the cover that slides over the counterweight tube. Thanks.

Hello, This tilt lock is on a vinyl window in a home that was built in 1996. The top face is 2 5/8". If you can identify the weatherstrip I need some for the bottom of the window. It slides into a channel. Thank you for your help.

Need help finding one with these dimensions. Leaning towards 26-420.

Seeking replacement tilt latch. Window stamped with JDI2008. Right latch has a R 3 and the left has a L 8. Demensions are almost exact to your product code 26-442, but not sure if that item will work. Need 12 latches, 6 right and 6 left. Thank you in advance for your insights.
