26-244 Tilt Window Latch, Right Hand

I am trying to find a tilt latch for my window. Pictures 2 and 4 show the tilt latch in the opposite side of window. Picture 2 shows the opening for the tilt latch. The number on the window frame is 24 3 F200 CMC (Picture 1). Thank you.

This is a tilt Latch from a window installed new in 1999. Window brand is patriot. Size as I measure from the top is 5/8 by 2 5/8. This is the measurement of the rectangle not including that little tab underneath that just out. I do not know the depth. What is the replacement part that I need to or ... (cont.)

Hi, I have several double hung windows with these latches with broken, rounded latches. All the latches I see on websites show the triangle shaped latches so I was hoping you can help me find those. The closest part I found are the 26-243 and 26-244 in terms of dimensions.

Hello, we had an issue with our window and it was stuff in an open position. I ordered parts S140-21 from you to replace. They did not work correctly. The lock tab on the window now wouldnt open with the new part so that is damaged now too. Can you tell by the pictures what is needed? ... (cont.)

I need replacement tilt window latches for my simonton windows (see attached photo) as the tab that holds the window in the frame is broken, the number on the windows are: 4073427/01 and 4073427/03; 35.5000 61.5000 PFSH. Do you sell them and, if so, what is the cost per pair?
