I'm trying to find the correct parts for a up - down sliding window. The parts and the product label on the side of the window is attavhed.the name PRISM is inscribed on the laches of the window.

These are from a home built by Ryan homes in 1999 in VA

I was looking to see if the guide latch can be replaced for the window. It is the latch that keeps the top of the window lined up with the frame.

I need to replace two of these sash latches. The existing latch is 2and 5/8 inches long, 3/4 inch wide, and about 1/2 inch deep.

the part i'm looking for looks like a sash tilt latch. They fit into the top of the stiles and seem to act like a guide and retracts for window removal. The sliders are approximately 38" x 60". If it helps I.D. them, the wheels i found are P/N 87-188The name on the locks is Pennco Inc.. vinyl slidin ... (cont.)

I will need 3 Left and 7 Right replacement parts.

The latches go in the lower half of a latch style window casing n the top of the lower sash they insert into the window frame and are.3"long 13/16"wide with a 3/16" height.

Looking for window tilt catch

I need a left hand tilt latch for this window. The sticker is on the side of the sash, but it did not help me identify the manufacturer. I would appreciate your help.

The parts I need keep the lower portion of double hung windows in the track. The catch (which has broken off) can slide back to remove the window for cleaning. I have four such windows and each window has two catches.

I need approx 10 left and 10 right to replace some broken and to have as spares
