I have several tilt latches that have broken on a Drees Home with Simonton windows that are 18 years old. Is it possible, based upon the attached picture, to identify the part? If not, is there a marking somewhere that I should be looking for to allow me to identify the correct tilt latch? Thanks ... (cont.)

I have MW double hung windows that were installed in a new house in 2003 The plastic pully and pivot shoe both have broken and the spring is no longer attached. Hi~ I have a piece of a pivot bar I found when I moved into my house. It turned out that one window is missing the bar on each end of it so I cannot open the window without it falling completely out. Have a double hung window with two broken latches

Hi... I need to repair a window that has two broken tilt latches at the top. How do I start the identification process? There are way too many to browse. Also, they appear to be pressed into the frame. Is removing them just a matter of a little elbow grease? Cheers, Bernie
