82-261C Surface Mount Handle Set, 3-15/16"

Hi, I'm trying to determine a suitable replacement for the handle in the attached pictures. It's quite old and seems that there are no similar repalcements avaialbel anymore. I've noticed the 82-261C and the 82-005 as possible replacements. Any other possibilities? Any help would be much appreciated ... (cont.)

82 261c is the right look but need white Internal lock with 3 15/16 holes and white handle outside Need two Thx

Do you carry anything that would work in this style of an assembly? It is a 3 15/16" size.

The first photograph is 1-15/16"Long by almost 1" wide(15/16) the door is 1"" thick. The second photograph is where the handles go. 2 11/16 in Long by 11/16 in wide the screw holes are 3 15/16 in apart This is a mobile home sliding glass door.

Is the keeper made to sit on the surface of the door frame, or is it meant to fit into a groove or hole in the frame?

I am a homeowner in Roseville, CA. I recently moved into a house that has a sliding glass door that is missing the handle, latch mechanism, and the part that the latch hooks into.
