I need a multipoint casement window lock for Milgard windows. I have attached some pics and a diagram of a similar lock with my locks dimensions written in. It looks like a Truth hardware part, but the prong only sticks out 1 1/8 inches

Hi, looking for info and part to replace a latch lock. The handle to open is fine,but when I lifted the latch to unlock window,the latch came right out of the part. We ordered and received your 38-139. We are attempting to install it, but the screw holes are not threaded. Is this a manufacturing error, or is there some special piece we need.Kellee

I have several Milgard window lock handles that have broken off of our window thru the years. I'm looked for replacement handles or do I need to replace the whole mechanism?

I think your part 38-139 is the closest replacement. The little arm that moves up and down is a little different shape, but i am thinking i cant get an exact match because the part is so old?
