Hello, I have a window (unknow manufacturer) that is missing a pivot pin on one side. I have uploaded pictures. The spiral balance is green. I've added a picture of the shoe which is green as well. I did not see anything that matched. Can you please advise me? Thank you..

Compareing to 38-139; 1-3/8" instead of 1-5/8" 4-1/2" instead of 4-5/8" bolt holes are 3-13/16" center to center. This is for the right side casement window. Larry

I just received the window latch, 38-036, and it fit the window perfectly, but the old fasteners from the old latch, do not fit the new part. Just wondering if you might know the screw size for the 38-036 window latch? Thanks, Joe

I am struggling to find a replacement place or the original manufacturer for these replacement windows. I did contact a couple of companies, but the couple I have found deny making the windows. Hi Swisco! I had my windows replaced in 2003 by a company called Thermo Tite. This casement window needs a new latch and handle. Any idea what part would fit? Thanks! Lisa

One of our customers had this lock, it's pretty rare and was hoping you guys have it. The handle does have the part number 2246 on it.

Unfortunately, I do not have much information on the locking handle or the brand of the windows. The only thing that shows up on the locking mechanism is the word Roto and on the hinge mechanism it says Interlock 12C-IS23. Thank you

Pivot shoe is 1/2 inch thick, 1 3/16 wide unlocked 1 5/16 locked 2 1/8 tall Pivot bar is metal, a little longer than 2 1/2 1/8 x 1/4 the tip is 1/8 x 7/16 x 1/16 thick and a threaded hole 1 1/4 in from the end.
