15-220 Pivot Balance Shoe, 9/16"

I am looking for replacement parts for a 20+ year old Care Free window for my parents house. Both pivot locking shoes are broken and the spring balances have gone missing. The window is 30" tall and 38.5" wide. Pics are included. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

The pivot bar in my vinyl sash window sheered off. I am sending photos of the pivot bar on the other side and the part in the frame (lock shoe?) that the pivot bar goes into. I may need both parts as I can't get the piece of sheered off bar out of the lock shoe on the "bad" side. Thank you so much f ... (cont.)

need metal'nail'and pivot shoe that holds the spring in place on the side of the window. The pivot shoe also allows the window to pivot into the room.

This is in regards to a Polybau window.This little pot metal oval shape end piece screw on the bottom of the window and then fits into a slotted piece in the window side channel. I think i need some balancing shoes for this MGM window. It will not stay up. Also need a lock for one of them. This is a double hung window was installed about 18 years ago.
