Hello i would like to know if this parts can be replaced on my windows. After 10 years they don't stay open. Any advise for replacement part or do Ii have to get them service. I bought the Swisco 15-220 pivot shoe, but it didn't hold in my window. when I turned the cam to the lock position it just dropped right to the bottom what part do you recommend for this shoe?

I have 1 window with the same shoe and bar set up and need both shoes and bars replaced what shoe and bar combo will fit the window

Hi! What a great site and videos. Our windows won't stay open, and if I turn the shoe pivot it does not lock into place. Not sure if there are adjustments that need to be done or if these need to be replaced. If the later, with what and which parts? Thx so much! Scott

One photo is the intact plastic tensioner that the spring connect to. The other photo is the broken part on the opposite side of the window. Can you help me identify and purchase the broken part? Thank you

Hi I need 3 pivot shoes but not sure what size.

Shoe broken. Is 2 inches long. With rear brake fully extended is just less than 3/4 inch. Looks like 15-220, please advise. Thanks Gary J

I can't find anything on your website that resembles these and I can't find any markings on them and I don't know who made these windows. Do you have anything that might work or know where I might find any. Thanks,

Looking for a pivot lock shoe for a tilt in window with a spring balance.

I called earlier about a broken piece on our windows and talked to your rep, who said to forward him some pictures of the broken piece. I have attached some pictures from a forwarded email of the broken piece. Please take a look and let us know what you think.
