Hi, I am looking for a replacement sliding glass door handle with a lock. I believe the current one is the Pennco brand. The numbers on the back of the handle are: 5125703 0340398 US Patent Please let me know which handle is compatible to this. Thanks, Erica

I noticed that the lock was getting more difficult to lock from the outside with a key. Today when I shut it from the inside and locked it, the white lock lever came out and one of the pins had broken off. Do you ship just the replacement locking lever that slides into the mortise? ... (cont.)

Replaced the inner lock before, now the inside lever it's not engaging the lock and I cannot lock the door. Do I need just the lock part, and do you also have the leaver...or whole lock and handle... inner lock is 3 11/16 inches....

The lock lever broke off on both of my patio doors I am looking for just this part the only number I can find on the lock is CC2465

Part has PD0016 on it. I need a replacement lockset.

I was locking the door and the piece just broke off, is there a way u guys can send the whole part for the door including the Handle and the inside parts as well

Door is 1 1/2" thick, spacing is 3 15/16's inches. The indoor latch handle is broken, door locks fine from the outside.

Need to replace the latch and any other necessary hardware. Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks
