After talking with JW doors they referred me to you for hardware. I'm looking to replace this due to a broken locking lever. While looking at your website I see that you also have keyed versions of the handles available. Would that work with my configuration?

Hi, The sliding glass door lever broke. Is there a replacement part? And can I get what it would be for the entire handle too?

My thumb latch broke off. I tried connecting it, it will work but nothing holds the latch on besides the very little support it has from the lock guide. Which half of the section connecting those 2 is broke off. Not exactly sure how the thumb latch was held against the door in general but its the is ... (cont.)

I have a double glass sliding door (both sides can slide). The handles have JW imbossed it them (see pic). One of the levers to lock the door (from the inside - there is no key from the outside) is broken off. I could not re-attach this lever back as shown in the 2nd pic. I can put back the leve ... Looking to buy replacement for the thumb latch that is missing.

The locking knob assembly broke and needs to be replaced. The inner piece in the sliding door is 12" on center for mounting screws. It is from 2015.

The lock lever fell out. Is it possible to just replace the lever, or do I need to replace the entire handle system? Can you provide links to parts if you have them?
