The sliding door was an installation on new construction, a product from Ply Gem. Can you help me get a replacement? Locking Latch broke off patio door. Do you have a replacement latch?

Door latch broke off so can not lock door. Ordered monetise lock 82-265 thinking the latch would come with that. Customer service said I may need handle or maybe just the latch. So I'm sending pics of both. There is 4" between screws on handle.

Hi,The lock latch on my sliding glass door broke. I cannot not find a manufacturers name anywhere on the door. It looks very similar to the 82-034 but has 2 locking levers that go into the jamb.
