This part is attached to the sash and the scissor hinge connects to this. This part was broke when I installed the window, and when I opened up the window the hinge fell down. This is a plastic piece.

I think I have a Amesbury truth operator. The overall arms are about 11 1/2 inches. The base is square in shape. Looks like the center of the mounting holes is 4 1/4 inches I have seen some on your website but they don't look to be as small as this one the overall length of the arms is about 11 1/ ... (cont.)

Hi! I have crank window operators and I have three different issues. The first is that the end of the operators are coming out of the slider attachment that is on the window itself. The arm that allows my bathroom awning window to open and close has rusted and broken. I don't see any numbers, names, or markings on it.
