I need a patio door keeper for a lock set/handle for a Better-Bilt Homemaker II sliding door that uses a Millard handle set. The color is almond vinyl but I can paint it if necessary. The logo that looks like a double M is from Milgard. We have them in the United States. You can find the identifier at the very bottom of the glass in the corner. It's stamped with white paint. It's very hard to find. I have a broken handle. I just need a new handle.

Hello, the lever stopped working for my Milgard sliding glass patio door installed in 1995. The lever looks broken. The double hooks in the mortise also seem stuck. And i couldn't wiggle the mortise lock out of the opening.

Doesn't actuate. Bought the house 2 years ago, and it has never worked. Need to know how to adjust it to work.

Thank you for your response to my inquiry. please see the attached pictures. The door will not stay locked when the handle is turned upward. The Plate attached to the door's frame measures 6.5 inches x1.25 inches. Thank you, Darrell

I can't find brand but the inside handle broke and I need help to identify the part name or number I need to order. The two pictures of the full sliding doors, if you zoom in you can see picture of the inside handle before it broke. My Tenant unfortunately threw it away. Everything still works well ... (cont.)
