The lock has broken and I handle broke too I cannot put a key in it and the Windsor sliding door do they not have any pots so if you guys can replace it with something that's compatible would appreciate it if you could get back to us thank you

I?m looking for a replacement sliding patio door handle with keyed entry The distance of the screws is 4 inches and 7/8. Also looking for the strike plate it looks like it is a mortise lock the inside of the clamps measure 3 inches and 3/4 when open.

I recently ordered the set 82-081 to replace my existing patio door lock and handle. Can you tell me what interlock and plate I need to purchase to complete it? I didn't have an exterior lock with key and that's why I bought it to have a key lock on the outside.

Hi, I have a customer who is looking for a replacement handle for the one above, that has a locking cylinder. They'd like to be able to lock and unlock the door from the outside. Do you have a replace Handle that would work on this Harvey patio door?

Good evening, my latch sheared from the lock as you can see and I'm looking for a replacement. The latch still works from the inside, but when I use the key from the outside it just spins and spins. With kindest regards, James

Hey Guys, Looking for a replacement part for a Milgard series 5621 SGD-C20/SGD-C25. The throw for the latch broke as well as the screw holding the square rod in place. Can you help? Thanks Mike

One of the embossed areas where the screw goes through broke. The distance between the two embossed areas is 4 15/16. The handle is a slate color. The only markings is "Made in New Zealand"
