its a white skiding vinyl door , looking to replace the keyed lock and handle The product line # is 213 -k - d16

Hello, At first I was confident it was the Product Code: 82-081 as there is a lock on the outside handle. but the screw hole anchors seem to be closer to 6 inches than the 4 15/16 Please advise

Hello, The door handle itself is fine but the little gear that connects to the golden part in which the key enters is broken. Any help identifying this part would be helpful. The lock says made in new zeal and and the letters II.

Hi,Patio door handle broke where it attaches to the door. States Made in New Zealand on the inside handle. This looks similar to part 82-080 on your site. The connection is 4 14/16 inches where it screws into the door. Door is 1 15/16 inches deep. It's a double pain window patio door.Any help w ... (cont.)

The operator on the internal handle has broken. We cannot lock the door from the inside (still able to lock exterior with a key). Will we be able to use our current external key with this handle?
