Hi there, Our door handle broke off our slider this summer and we'd like to replace it. The manufacturer number is NFRC100/200/500. Code- HII Rating- NFRC Series- SVPD

I need to replace the white handle which is broken. I want to replace it by one with lock.The mortise lock also needs to be replaced as the middle metallic lever governing opening of the hooks is broken.Please identify the parts for me. The handle is 4-15/16 inches.Thank you.Victor ... (cont.)

I bought 82-081 : Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16" for my previous slider with key lock from Swisco and installed it and apparently my "mortise lock" is the problem. Something is going on making the lock stick when locking when the slider is not closed. Seems like when it's closed is doesn ... (cont.)

This door locks from the inside when the handle is pushed toward the door. It has a milgard brand I can't find any that look like it on the internet I hope you can identify it.

I ordered an 82-080 thinking both handles matched, but the exterior handle not only doesn't match what I am trying to replace; it also doesn't have a place for a key lock. Please help.

I have a Milgard sliding glass door that was installed in 1996. The 82-081 appears to be a viable replacement door handle for my door, except that the description says that it includes fasteners for doors up to 1 and 3/8 inch thick. My door is 1.5 inches thick.
