Hi, I found your KEYED MORTISE STYLE HANDLE SET, 4-15/16" lock to potentially be a replacement to my current lock, which is not keyed (I would like to lock it from outside). I need help figuring out where I can purchase the handle for the sliding glass door it is a dual point but I cannot find the make on it appears to be a vinyl door

How long are the screws supposed to be that hold the outdoor handle and center plate Bought new center plate because they keep snapping but screw won't fit now

I have a Certainteed sliding door that I am missing the interior handle. The mortise has a stamp that looks like 2 capital I's. It says made in New Zealand. That is about it.

I have an older style mounting plate 1"3/8 wide. Do you sell just the plate and the inner handle or just a complete set?

I need the broken plate (shown in photos) to attach the handle to the door latch. I found a kit with the entire handle and guts to the door latch, but it was very expensive and I only need the piece to mount the handle. Can you help?

I need this gear for a double mortise handle activated lock. I believe it is a Milgard unit.

It looks like part of this is broken off? The door does not lock on the keeper as the parts that lock in do not go high enough, not sure if that makes sense! I am wondering if it is because this is broken/missing a part.

The handle was broken and we couldn't find the part anywhere. But the part that broken said something swiss and the holes for the screws are 4" apart. please help identify the part that i need to get. Thank you.
