Hi, the internal handle of our Certainteed patio slider has broken off at the centres which secure the screws. The handle is lockable with a key on both the interior and exterior of the handle but I cannot see any such replacement handles on your website which are identical and have a keyhole on b ... I purchased the 82-081 handle with lock. My question is two parts: There is no hole on the outside of the door for which the key should go through so do I need to drill a hole? If so what diameter? Then do I need a different mortise lock on the inside which will fit the new key lock system? ... (cont.)

Hello! Our door handle has broke on the New Castle XT / Insulate 960 Standard Sliding Patio Door and we need a replacement. Do you carry these? We've had to replace it once before but can't remember where we got it.

It's a Valu-Line sliding door with screen Vid#050121002314 31 7/8 W. X 69 3/4 H x 7/8 T

Ask the steel security doors have built in circular openings for the handle and bolt look. Would this set have a way of working with those two circular holes?

This is my current patio CertainTeed door and handle. I am looking for a new exterior handle that has a key way, because the existing one shown in the pictures does not. Is this something you all have? Maybe a set? Thanks in advance !

Door is 1 1/2 inch thick. Handles are centered 1 1/4 inch from door edge. Latch is 9 inch long. I want to be able to lock this door with a key. Also to you have this part at one of your distributors in Southern California? As I would like to get this part quickly. Ian.

The present lock seems to have two places where it engages - at the handle, with two slots, and up above around head level, there with one slot. Is there something we can make work? Thanks!!
