I am looking to replace the plate (which can be detached from the handle). Do I need to order the whole assembly set? Which one? Mine says Made in New Zealand (Logo looks a bit like WW with one more stroke on each W) Thanks Andre

I would like to add a keyed lock to my slider. I'm not sure what it would take to do it and what parts are needed. Also, info on how to take old handle off to make the change. The door is a SGD C30 96x96 and looks like it was made in 2002. Thanks for your help

Hi, I have a customer who is looking for a replacement handle for the one above, that has a locking cylinder. They'd like to be able to lock and unlock the door from the outside. Do you have a replace Handle that would work on this Harvey patio door?

Good evening, my latch sheared from the lock as you can see and I'm looking for a replacement. The latch still works from the inside, but when I use the key from the outside it just spins and spins. With kindest regards, James

Hey Guys, Looking for a replacement part for a Milgard series 5621 SGD-C20/SGD-C25. The throw for the latch broke as well as the screw holding the square rod in place. Can you help? Thanks Mike

One of the embossed areas where the screw goes through broke. The distance between the two embossed areas is 4 15/16. The handle is a slate color. The only markings is "Made in New Zealand"

Hi, the internal handle of our Certainteed patio slider has broken off at the centres which secure the screws. The handle is lockable with a key on both the interior and exterior of the handle but I cannot see any such replacement handles on your website which are identical and have a keyhole on b ... I purchased the 82-081 handle with lock. My question is two parts: There is no hole on the outside of the door for which the key should go through so do I need to drill a hole? If so what diameter?
