Hi i have 2 sliding doors i can only see the # SGD-R30-120X82 on one door in the track. one has a broken handle on the out side, and the other had a metal piece fall out of the locking part and now wont lock with out force. can I please get help ordering replacement parts? My client wants to have installed a key lock on the exterior of her sliding glass patio door. What would be the proper replacement for this project? I appreciate the help with this.

I purchased the 82-081 replacement handle, thinking it was a complete set, with opposite non-locking handle. Apparently, it does not and I can't find a matching non-locking match to this handle. Are these available at Swisscom? If not, can you recommend an alternative solution?

Handle will not move out of the locked position. Looks like a tight fit to get this off.

Sliding door, locks from both inside and outside. Exterior look isn't working, need a replacement part. Milgaurd is original dealer. Thanks! Jim

Need replacement handle with key lock in center. I think it may be a milguard it has a minside a circle stamped on it. It measures 6 inches on center but might work with a 5 15/16 on center.
