82-081 Keyed Mortise Style Handle Set, 4-15/16"

This is a Legance patio door handle from Thermal Industries. It is a 3 15/16. Company is closed and I cant find. Mounting screws are on side of handle as well.

I ordered a centered keyed handle set, 82-030A, and the original lock assembly on the door does not match. I have a DR05-1510 almond non-keyed sliding glass door handle and one of the pot-metal receivers for the two screws that hold the inner handle to the door broke, so I need a new inner handle piece.

The description says mortise lock and striker sold separately. Does that mean this handle set does NOT include the lock and striker? If not, what styles/part numbers of lock and striker will fit this handleset? Thanks
