Per the photo, the only part number I can find, or manufacturer's mark is Series NCXT/BMII. The bottom screw post holding the handle onto the assembly has broken. Hi, my door handle is broke and I believe your 82-081 will fit except the description says it?s for doors up to 1-3/8. My door measures closer to 1-1/2 than 1-3/8. I don?t know what to do. Can you help?

Hello, I just moved and the door handle on my slider on the outside (black handle) won't close with a key. It's not on properly and when closed up again the frame it's tough to turn key. What I want is a handle (like the inside) on outside with lock. I measured the spacing from the holes and it's 5 ... (cont.)

On the Double Mortise Lock it has "II(letters) Made in New Zealand, Patent Pending". The latch lever broke and I think it is because the mortise lock is no longer working properly. The double mortise lock is 7" long by 1 3/8" deep by 1/2" wide. I cannot find a manufacturer name on the hardware. T ... (cont.)

Distance between holes is 5 7/8

The locking mechanism was 3 point but I'd be happy just to get the main lock replaced.it says it was made in New Zealand. Any ideas?

Looking to replace this handle. Door is approx 2" and screws approx 5" apart.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Alex. For your handle set, take a look at our 82-081. See if the screw hole measurements match up with yours. As for your mortise lock, I believe the 82-269 will be a good fit.

The plate is stamped made in New Zealand. Hole centers are 4 15/16. The back of handle pic shows the inside detail. Keyed lock and handle was from a Thermal Industries Dreamspace Patio Room.
