Hello, Please see the attached pictures. I have a sliding patio door that had the handle broken. I believe it is a Mortise style handle. 4 15/16" gap between the mounting holes. Hi, I am trying to install a lock on my sliding door. Since it's a dual sliding door, would this work or can I just replace the outer handle with a lock? See pictures attached.

Will this work for the milgard patio door? It measures 1-1/2? thick. Do I need to order 82-310 or does 82-081 come with the key lock? Is there anything else needed to convert the current door to be lockable? Thanks for your help!

We have a handle that is loose and needs to be replced. The handle has no brand, excpet a MADE IN NEW ZEALAND engraving. It is the orignal sliding door that the builder put in the house when it was built in 2006. Please advise to see if this product would work. Thank you.

Hi, after some research, I purchased the 82-081 keyed handleset but the flat piece of metal that is supposed to turn the lock does not engage the square drive that the lock has. Do I need another part?

I have one of these double mortise locks that will not unlock it won't turn either way it's just stuck how do I get it open

My door is 1 1/2 inches thick. The screws are 4 5/16 inches apart. I also showed a picture of the lock. The interior handle broke off at the bottom. I'm having a heck of a time finding a handle replacement. Would you please help?

We are missing the part that locks into the handle. I don't know part numbers, just that it is a Newcastle XT/new haven sliding door. We took it off and attached it to a dog door which was subsequently loaned to someone who did not return it.
