I need help either replacing this pie door hinge on face frame or finding a an equivalent better part. As markings I see a flower shape object on the door side of the hinge. Also a HO and 300 on plate and B112 and H3 on the frame face plate.

Homecrest kitchen cabinets Replacement hinge

We are looking for hinges to replace the hinges below. The part numbers are: 652.320.55.09 attaches to the door and 346.290.51.04 attaches to the cabinet. No brand name - just the logo below. Hope you can help and thank you.

There is a code # on the hinge which is 652.320.65.00 The closest I could find which you sell was 32-349. Mine has 3 adjustment screws however. If I cant locate the exact match, do you have another that would work. thanks
