hello, vynil window. single hung. these little guys sit in a plastic holder inside the vent portion of the window. holds 4 bands. completely destroyed when removed. no identification markings or numbers. have located springs but not the holders or how in the heck to reset them to operate the wind ... I work on military housing throughout the country. I'm having trouble replacing these coil balances. The springs are stamped with 3,4,5 or 6. Any ideas?
