we only have the name of the distributor (A WINDOW INC.) in Forthworth TXwindow type (SH25/31 Single Hung-Vinyl Frame)

Don't know the brand of window but the spring in the hung window sash assembly broke off. Would prefer the assembly unit instead of just the spring/coil. Any ideas of part number and if you carry it. Thanks

hello, vynil window. single hung. these little guys sit in a plastic holder inside the vent portion of the window. holds 4 bands. completely destroyed when removed. no identification markings or numbers. have located springs but not the holders or how in the heck to reset them to operate the wind ... Metal coil balance snapped in half. Not sure to replace the whole mechanism or just the coil balance.

I work on military housing throughout the country. I'm having trouble replacing these coil balances. The springs are stamped with 3,4,5 or 6. Any ideas?
