I need to know the name of the part that allows me to tilt my windows for cleaning. Quite a few of them are broken.

Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help me with these parts I am looking for 1 left tilt sash. 2 right tilt sash latches and 6 balances. They measure about 27in length. Thank you in advance

I need right and left. The length is 2 3/8 and width 1/2

Think I just need the plastic piece connecting the spring to the window. Also need the top of the window locking the window to the frame. I don't know the manufacturer. Can you help with the right parts? Thanks Ron

These windows were a builder grade window installed in a house in Tennessee.

Match latch

I need to replace the right hand tilt window latch. All the dimensions are the same except for the bottom "plate". Mine is 11/16" like the top but this part is 9/16". Will this part work for me?

Length of the metal is 32" . 32 D BS1TR was stamped on the metal

So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... a clip on each side of the window that release the window to be tilted out. The points get broke off.

Need to replace several sash locks on my windows. I did not see any identifying marks. Let me know if you need anything to help identify.

need pairs left and right

I have an American craftsman window. Sash won't stay up. Picture attached is part I found inside the side track. Can you let me know what I need to order to fix this? I just asked about that part giving a link to the photos. Just saw I could upload them directly to you.\ I don't have the brand name for the windows unfortunately. I need the part that goes top left and right of the window. It's about 4" long from what I remember. Regards, Eric

I broke my left side tilt in lock and am trying to make sure I order the correct ones. They are snap in I believe. The right side top is 0.965" wide by overall length without lock of 2.43" . I guess after taking the photo and seeing the micro cracks I bettter replace both. Can you also tell me how ... (cont.)
