Hello! One of the window balance for my windows is broken. I just took a picture for the mark on the window balance. As you can see, the mark shows "29-3 ID5 CMC 54". So, the correct window balance that I should purchase is "30" Series 385 Channel Balance", right? Please advise. Thanks ... (cont.)

Please quote on two Swisco Series 380 single hung non-tilt window balances. I have a 19-005 top and a 15-005 bottom foot. The metal channel is 9/16" x 5/8" x 11" long. B.S.I. 1010 is stamped on the channel. I'd like to order two of these if you can tell me how. It's shorter than your stock 13" ... (cont.)

Greetings, I have a Harcar window that needs new channel balances. It is marked only with "29C Z" on the sideplate of the old balance. I have seen this marked as FA-2930 on other websites, but would need to end pieces (plastic clips) to make it complete. Would you need photos? Thanks ... (cont.)

Is this channel balance shoe 15-004 or 15-005?

I think I need 32" Series 380 Channel Balance parts. I am not sure they are Series 380, but it looks like they have the right top and shoe combination for that part (19-005 and 15-005). I was following steps in picking up the balances to replace. But I got stock in step3 where I can not tell the difference of shoes of 15-005 and 15-004. Any one can provide your advice. --Sean

I have 4 windows that need new channel balances. The channel width is 1/2" and length 30" The part I'm not sure about is the end pieces. I want to be sure I order the right pieces. So far the most similar parts I can find on your site are part S377-30 and S371-30, but these are slightly different ... (cont.)

I'm not sure which balance I need for a Caldwell 28 4 CO. I think it would be 19-005 top, but not sure on the shoe. Maybe 15-005? so Series 380? Please see included photos. It is for 29" length and 1/2" width.

I have channel balances with the code 28B USB. i see some similarity between my balances and a long Swisco discussion in Florida (Search 28B USB & 28C USB) My main problem is the bottom shoe, which is only 7/8" from front to back. I don't see any Swisco options less than 1".

I have a broken non-tilt vinyl window counterbalance. The cord broke. markings are: 20 4 HN CALDWELL 1/2 (9/16) inch wide. 21 inches long on metal base, not including plastic end pieces. Pictures attached. I would appreciate it if you could ID a proper replacement. T

It appears to me by looking at your examples that I need a 30" series 380 w/option 2940 (#stamped on my balance). The problem is the shoe. The 1/2" demension is fine but the other one is not an inch it is 7/8". Will this be a problem?

What is the difference between Series 380 and Series 385 specifically 15-005 and 15-004.

Trying to identify the proper channel balance for replacement. My current balance is stamped with 18D. So it looks like I need a 19": Series 371 seems to be closest but may not be exact.
