I am trying to replace the attached Flush Mount Window Lock. The dimensions are the same as your 90-298 (1-5/8") lock but, as you can see, my lock is screwed from the front of the lock, rather than the top. Hi. My client has Bonneville Windows Sash Kits. We need a replacement lock. I have included a picture, the 930-20 looks similar but is not a match aesthetically. I don't see any screw holes. How do these type of locks attach?

I found you have #90-281 that is very close to my size in my Hurd window. The difference is that mine is not fastened from the top. Instead, it is fastened from the side (like #90-320). I assume that #90-281 will work - or do you know why it would not? I found a discussion under #90-320 referencing ... (cont.)

I'm looking for parts, balancers, seals, locks etc. I can't find a mane anywhere on the windows. The only markings I can see are in the pics I sent. They are double pane window made of wood. The house was built in 2000. The tilt latch is about 2 1/2 x 5/8. Thank you

looking at your window latches i think your 90-320 is the replacement but i have attached pics to verify---if it is the one can i get it in bronze or dark brown?

Milgard does not seem to be able to come up with the window (double hung) latch I need. Are you familiar with this latch? It has no screws to attach it to the frame. It appears to be held on with some kind of tiny spring that has snapped off.Thanks,Linda
