Hi, I don't see any identification numbers. This latch is broken - when you swivel it, nothing happens. They were installed 19 years ago. Attached please find pictures for replacement parts Crestline window. These windows were original in the home built in 1993. The locks move, the mechanism slides back to the open position and need to be replaced.

A set of windows in my new to me house have double hung windows with a sash lock with a cap that hides the screws. I cant seem to get the top off to access the screws, which have pulled out of the wood. Time for a replacement! Thanks for your help! JN
