90-320 Wood Sash Lock

I am looking for the sash lock and the sash pivot for the double hung. And the operator and cover on the casement window. the casement operator has the number 31538 stamped on the split arm and EntryGard truth on the straight arm.

Need help with replacing this part.

I need replacement cam sash locks for a Crestline double hung window. The windows were installed in 1999.

I have a challenge for you! :) We ordered replacement sashes from Jeld Wen and although they fit our window, the sashes do not match our manufacture day and so we do not have the appropriate hardware to fit the sashes. I haven't pulled the latch out to take pictures. I wasn't able to find a make or model numbers on the window.

Do you carry a replacement option for the Crestline double hung window lock shown in the picture?

I, too, am looking to replace a sash lock piece numbered 9703, but my measurement is 3inches 3/16 by 9/16. Can anyone help??

This lock's latch has broken off. It is from a double hung Crestline window with wood interior. Model number might be CL-DH2032. If its not that number it is the same type but different size. Scott
