I have a lowes Reliabilt Atrium #332 series xo sliding door, your 82-265 mortise fits fine, I would like the model # for the keyed handle set and also the model # for tumbler sets with keys.thanks, TedPS Door is newly installed in last 2 weeks.

We are looking for a replacement lock for this model.

This is the handle of a sliding door lock and handle mechanism that was destroyed by a renter. I can't identify it, and I'm hoping you might be able to help. I'm going to need not only the handles and the lock, but the mortise latch.

I purchased this to replace the handle I had because the lock broke. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to break the tail end pieces off (Step 4). Is it best to just break them off one by one on each piece where the marks are until I get the correct lengths for both?
