This is an eight year sliding door. The handle is broken and I'm looking for a replacement. Can you direct me to where I could find one.

Will this (82-086) work with the existing mortise lock in my Nami-201373? Does it come with keys? The lock lever broke on the inside of the door handle. Everything else is intact. Want to make sure I'm ordering the right part. Thanks!

the top portion of the double lock is stuck in the lock position, the bottom still works. I need part number for replacement lock mechanism. thank you

Hi. I'm looking to replace the hardware on a sliding door. The attached photos show the existing hardware. Ideally, I'd like to get hardware that includes a key lock, but I'm not sure anything like that exists. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I just replaced my patio door handle with 82-086. Everything went smoothly. The only issue I'm having is the outside key / lock is difficult to turn. What could be causing this and how can I fix it? The inside lever works smoothly.Thank you Beata

I have purchased part 82-086 and I need the lock on the outside and if I flip it then it doesn't fit. it comes with 2 Handle but my door is backwards and I need the lock outside not inside I can't flip flop.

There are no labels, #'s etc.
