Hello! I'm looking for a replacement for the above pictured lock. The spring in the latch mechanism has broken, so the latch kind of just flops around. It still sort of works, but without the spring, you have to fish the latch out of the receptacle at times. Thanks! Mike

Vinyl patio door lock interior lever has broken off.

The handle on my daughter's sliding door broke. It is a double hook mortise as shown in the pictures. She didn't get a key with it when she bought the house, but definitely would like to be able to come in through that door using a key. I'm looking for a replacement door lock with a keyed entry for the Jeldwen 4500 series sliding patio door.

This a Ply Gem slider 5800 series purchased about 3 and a half years ago at Lowe's. The inside handle cracked by the lower screw.

I do not see any manufacture name anywhere on my door, handle or lock. I think it looks like your part 82-265. Can you help confirm. If this is the right part can you confirm if handle 82-086 works with that lock? It also looks like my handle. Thank you

Pictured plate is 12.5" tall X 1" wide. There are no visible numbers or brand markings.

I'm looking for a replacement handle for our sliding patio door (SGD-R35-71x80). It is a keyed handle with a 2-catch mortise lock. Will 82-086 work? The white switch that we use to lock fell off. We would stick it back on to lock and unlock but it keeps falling off. We attempted to put it back together but now a lot of pieces are off. Please advise Gina

Lock seemed to break and got stuck in locked position. No markings on any part of this assembly. Looks like a multi point lock but only utilizing one lock?
