no numbers or name on parts but I do need a new lock and handles if the handle can have a lock and key would be very helpful please help.

How do you retrieve a replacement lock on a sliding glass door when it falls into the opening ?

Your 89-086 appears to be a decent fit except i notice the locking mechanism is bottom of center whereas mine is top of center. Does this come top of center?

Can I get the 82-086 with a beige interior and a black exterior?

I have to return the 82-080 I ordered by mistake. Mine takes the 3 15/16" not 4 15/16.I believe the 82-086 will fit, it has the inside lever lower than center which seems to be correct. My worry is that the locking lever will have a square shaft entering the mortice lock from the inside (mine appear ... (cont.)

I am looking to replace the locking setup and replace the handle sets as well if possible as the lock mechanism is broken due to lock seized up. Lock setup is 11 inch from hole to hole and handle set up is 3 and 15/16 hole to hole

The handle slowly stopped working to the point I could only lock/unlock the latch after trying for 10+ minutes every time. The problem wasn't the white handle itself but the inner latch stopped working.. I'm 99% sure I broke off the handle though so I'll need that as well. Don't know if there are ... (cont.)

I have a JW sliding glas door. The lever and lock broke right off and I need a new on. All I know is the door is made by Jeldwen and it's white and made in 2009 I believe.
