I have a Semco slider with a polished brass handle and would like to change it to oil rubbed bronze finish. I have attached a photos below but the screw spacing looks to be 3-15/16. The door is 1-3/4 thick. Thanks in advance!

Spring does not allow the upper clamp to rotate/spring into position. Not sure if I properly collected all hardware, so I may want to also know which new handle set to match with. I included the serial number on the door itself in case that makes a difference.Kindly advise.John

Hello, The Simonton Window mortise lock is no longer working and would like to find replacement part.

My existing handle set has 3-15/16 centers and the slot for the key lock tailpiece is 1-3/16" above the lower hole of the 3-15/16" centers. The wood door is 1-3/4" thick Can you confirm the dimensions and will this fit my application?

Can the direction the latch points be reversed to it points to the left (towards the handle) instead of the right as shown in the picture?
