S380-12 12" Series 380 Channel Balance

I'm trying to order the correct replacement part for my window. Please let me know which ones I need. Thank you.

I have Mercer vinyl windows with broken lifts I need replacement channels for 1 pair 24" window weight is aprox 19 lbs 1 pair 12" window weight is aprox 11 lbs 1 pair 15" not sure of the window weight just yet

Looking for spring parts. Can you help us? We bought a spring from local store, it didn't work right. It is a small window 22-23" by 3 feet.

Require the following window balances:2 - 12" balances with 1110E2 - 18" balances with 1710E4 - 24" balances with 2320EI measured only the metal portion of balances.
