I'm looking to obtain a replacement part for a Caldwell window balance and it'd be helpful to confirm which Swisco part would be a match. It looks like this is an 11-4 balance. In case it matters, the window weights about 6.5 pounds.Thank you for your help.

have a bathroom window. THe balance (metal part) only measures 12" the weight is 4 pounds.the wing channel shoe measures 1". What part number should I order. I think your web site is terrific. I will be doing all my windows if this works out. thank you,
