The crank handle on one of my Milgard casement windows broke, and I'm in search of a replacement. There is a sticker on the window's frame with a QR code to Milgard website and PN LA0516QRWHMM. The casement window opener mechanism has two arms: one is 9 inches long, and the other is 10 inches. The case measures 2.5 inches by 5 inches. There are markings such as "02/19/15 09:22 A" on the unit.

Please help me make sure I have the right part.I think it's a Encore Dual Arm Operator, Sill Mount, Low Profile,but not sure. The long arm measures about 10 3/8". Limiter has part no: 31858The black slide piece looks to be square, not rectangular... but it's hard to tell.Thanks, Steve ... (cont.)
