Hello, so obviously the picture on the right is the crank the strip of metal on the left is the piece attached to the bottom of the window sash that the guides on the end of the arms to open and close the window

I need to replace the metal horizontal and vertical pieces that pushes the Milgard awning window out. Can I get that part number as it is currently rusted. Thanks

Hi, we had a bear rip open an awning window. The crank and lock still work but it mangled the awning operator scissor mechanism.
