I am looking for a few replacement roto window operators for vinyl awning windows. They are stamped as Truth hardware and 2 separate numbers: 31881 and 41010

Good Morning,Trying to determine what model of awning window operator this is, as I need 2 replacements. I believe they are the Truth brand. Not sure if my pictures are specific enough to determine this. Let me know if you need further information.Scott

Broken awning window cranks

Hi: I see your site has 2 awning operators 1. Encore Awning Operator, sill mount 2. SS Encore Awning Operator, sill mount I need to replace one that has bent. I cannot tell the difference between the 2 you have and mine to see which one I need. Thank you for your help. elaine

Looking for a replacement crank as this one only cranks the window out but not back in. I also am unsure of the procedures to remove and install. There is a branding on one of the arms "TRUTH" with a image of a house next to it I think.

Hi - I need to do some work on my Truth cranks. The cranks are fine but the black plastic parts have failed. I'm not sure how to get the plastic covers (39-536) off and the replacement parts on. Is there a video? Suggestions? Thanks!

Hello, I am looking to replace the crank arm on my bathroom awning style window. The current mechanism was made by Truth and the ID#'s stamped on the arms are 41013 and 41016. I'm missing the channel on the underside of the window that holds the pivot slide assembky(39-536)

Marking seems to say 'WM' or 'MM'. Forgot to mention dimensions-Center spacing for mounting holes is 4 1/4"; length fully closed from end to end is 15 3/16".
