I need to identify this part. there are numbers stamped on the arms, 31881 on one of the short arms, 41013 and 41016 stamped on the longer arms. I need everything in the picture as well as the shoes that shoe a number 31878

Just moved into a house and the awning window hardware arm broke. I do not see any markings on the window to what brand it is.

I'm hoping you could tell me what parts I need for this to me it appears only the clips that actually attached to the window however I'll let you tell me if I could get just the clips or the whole assembly is needed. I am not much of a handyman so hope I got enough pictures of value. It appears the gear inside the housing is warped and about half way closed just get a clicking sound but no more movement. I haven't figured out how to remove the arms from it. The housing slides into the window. ... (cont.)

I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.
