39-448 Tie Bar Guide

I believe this is from a Crestline window. The plastic part holds the metal bar that slides up and down to lock the window. What is the part called? Do you have them? How much do they cost?

Casement window has a vertical tie bar part of locking function. At this height it has 3 keepers to have the tie bar continue to function. All are plastic, and wear out over time, particularly bottom one which is most stressed.

These little plastic parts hold the rod that latches my casement windows . There were three on each window. The rod they hold is a hair less than 1/2 inch wide and it is flat, not round.

I need new 46.9" left hand tie bar with three roller (window has three keepers), and 3 tie bar guides like ones in pictures. It goes with a 24 series (38-091) multi point sash lock. I need a this sash lock also.

The windows remain latched at the top even though the release is up. Turns out the mechanism has come off track due to the plastic clips breaking. We need replacement plastic clips.

Looking for the part that is pink. Let me know if you have that part.

Hi, Looking for a replacement tie bar guide as pictured or a substitute. Screw holes are 1?" apart at the centers. Don't know the window manufacturer, sorry. Thanks, Sid

I have an older crank out casement window. There are two crank outs and a stationary window in the middle. The bar guide for a crank out window. I found this one on your website, but the left hand side is slightly different than my original, so I want to make sure it will still work.

This is a part on our Bonneville Vinyl rolling window. It is attached to a metal arm extension that seals and locks the rolling window.
