Hello, I need a part for the window in the pictures. I think it is a Crestline window but I am not sure. The rail that is shown is for the locking mechanism rail. The first picture is the broken clip. The second is the good part. The front of the plastic is broke. Thanks, Dave

The part shown is a twin of the broken part to be replaced. It is is installed on the sash of a US Window Factory casement w/ grid [34" x 36"]. The window is old (2003)but still operates well. One of the plastic rail holders for the locking mechanism is broke and the rail is missing a locking pawl. The brand on this is Truth. Do you have this part?

Looking for a WeatherShield casement window multipoint lock tie bar guide. See photos (this piece as shown is missing the part that guides and retains the tie bar). These were installed when I built my house in 2002.Any help will be appreciated. Garry

Looking to replace this part. Sent a photo of the broken piece and the piece just like it that isn't broken.

There are two plastic pieces holding the arm that moves up and down to lock the window. The plastic has snapped in two so I need to replace those small pieces. One of these cracked at the top, three on each side..moved middle to top just to make sure window closed fully
