39-448 Tie Bar Guide

The window isn't closing securely. It looks like a part cracked off, but I'm not sure which part is supposed to be here.

I need to replace the missing tie bar (like the one shown). It measures 39" and has 3 cone rollers and 1 lock drive point. Please advise. The pictures show the separation between cones if it makes a difference.

Hello. Looking for replacements for this vinyl casement window part. I believe this is called a sash keeper. Color, screw hole location and, to a degree, sizing is flexible as long as the new part hold the sash in place when closed shut. Thanks.

Looking for the plastic part attached to this roll out window. It is used to make the window close tight. there are three on the window this is the only one that has not cracked It is held in place by the two screws seen in the picture

One of the guide/retainers that holds the locking bar on my casement window is broken. As the locking bar moves up and down (lock/unlock) the missing guide does not hold it in place, Which results in the bottom of the window not being secure. I think the arm won't stay secure because the plastic guides are broken? I also need new cranks bc the old ones are stripped. Can you help me find the right parts?

The tie bar is 23 inches long. It has the name Truth with this number etched in 31401 A.

Hi, I have casement windows throughout my home installed when home built in 2005. No identifying marks on them.
