39-448 Tie Bar Guide

I have 20 year old crestline windows from menards. The winged tie bar guides as I showen have started breaking and crestline/menards. No longer has any, do you have a substitute?

The locking rod brackets that hold the locking rod in place have broken. Is it possible to purchase new one. This is the rod that runs up the side of the window and locks it once you have cranked it shut. There are two of then.

Looking for replacement parts for casement window. right hand open. Place where is was connected to the window arm rusted and became unconnected.

Hello- my window has no identification on what kind it is. It is a swung open and opens with a crank window handle . It is then has a locking mechanism to latch it shut. I'm looking for Truth casement hardware circa 1999. The interior box looks like your 38-099 but, I don't have any of the mechanics on the right side of the spec drawing. I'm looking for four clips the number on the clip that I have is 45153. I'm looking for two replacement bars. They are 36 inches long. There is a clip about 1 inch from the bottom and then a second clip at the 32nd inch.

looking for plastic piece that holds a vertical metal bar in place that appears to be part of the locking mechanism in a Certainteed casement window installed new in 2000. See photo. The plastic bracket holds the bar that connects the two latches to the control lever on tall casement windows( vinyl, thermal pane ). I can't Find a name anywhere. The brackets are breaking causing the latch to be useless. The windows now don't seal, which is important in Minnesota. ... (cont.)

I'm almost thinking we just need to replace the whole lock assembly. Most of the other window parts were Truth - The black piece is 35 inches long. The handle looks just like one that a Swisco rep showed me but that little piece connecting the two doesn't look right.
