I have Simonton Windows, installed 2010. The bathroom/shower window has rusted and broken at the stud mounted underneath the window. I purchased part 39-317 and 39-318 since i need both sides, however, I realized after receiving them that they're not the same size as the one I had for my window. The part i'm looking for is the bottom product. What should i purchase instead?

I need a left hand gear and handle assembly and a right hand hinge assembly for the other side of my bay window.

I need the parts in the images.

Not sure what the parts are called. The part that broke is attached to the lower track that hinges the window. Not sure what parts are needed. The window can still be opened and shut, but it wont shut properly.

The item that is circled is the part I am trying to identify. TRUTH is the manufacturer but I am unable to locate the correct hole pattern. I believe it is the "Maxim operators" series. Any help help is greatly appreciated. Best Regards Mike

I need help identifying the metal track measuring 10" long that attaches to the bottom of the windows frame.
