Need 2 of these for a vinyl window with no name on it. String broke on one side. The only letters on the metal are 10 2 HU CMC 2, both ends have Wings on the plastic ends. Ted

The metal portion of the channel is 11 inches The stamped code is U B 10E

Window Part had numbers: 10-3 JQ5 CMC 77 Need both left and right

As noted in photo (W2), part is stamped: 10 4 KS Caldwell. Caldwell CSS, John , suggests it is one of Caldwell's Series 86 10-4. Thanks. - Scott

Hi, I have this channel balance from a short bathroom window that seems to me to look like a S380 or S385 but in an 11" length and the shortest I see for those is 13" and 12" respectively. Measures 11" metal to metal and has 1020 stamped on it
