Hi. Here are photos of 79-264 unit. The instructions refer to different part numbers. Do I have a model 640, 650, etc. I do not have the parallel arm bracket. Also included is photo of the door. Please provide advice. Do I need a different part or configuration?

Hello, Is this spring heavy enough to close a solid wood bathroom door (not a hollow door). This building is 80 years old construction so doors are quite heavy. If not this unit do you have one to recommend? Thanks. NYC

Hello. I'm not sure of the weight of the door, however, I believe its fire rated so heavier then you bedroom hollow core door. This door leads from the garage to the inside of the house. Would this item work? Or would you suggest buying two?

Hello, I was asking concerning the automatic safety door closer. My interior doors are made of boards which seems to be weak thus cannot put the other door closer. My house is about 30-years old, I wouldn't doubt if this is original. I'd like to replace this with something similar or the same if possible.
