The slide on the drawer is 18 inches in length The part attaching to the cabinet is 23 inches in length

Looking for replacement with soft closing feature or just replacement ones for broken ones if others are not available or too expensive.

I have old shrock kitchen drawers and the plastic back plate cracked.
