Hello, I am looking for some help picking out the correct replacement crank assembly. I believe it is the truth encore low pro file 39-253RB. Does the cover plate on mine come off? It doesn't appear to.

I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

Do you have this operator for hurd windows?

The 39-253 left and right (I need both) look like what I need. Can you confirm. Also, the original looks like the cover plate (white) is actually riveted to the mounting bracket. Since the will the Truth operator cover fit the Encore dual arm operators?

We need to replace Truth operator #14D800P. There are 4 lefts and 2 rights. My question is the arm that goes into the track must be a square guide to get into the track and does the handle cover and handle come with it?It looks like I need two 39-253-LB, four 39-253-RB and six 39-529. I ordered the Truth® 15.30 Traditional Split Arm Operator, Straight 4-1/2Inch Link, Left Hand. The operator would work but the crank piece is to small to fit the existing hole. I think that 39-220B combined with 39-452 may work but I'm worried that the crank piece is ~1/2 wider than the existing c ... (cont.)

Im just wondering if 41011 is the model number? There's that number, and there's a date on the back of it, as you can see in the pic.

Numbers on the back are, 070606 2312M. It is the hardware that was installed in a vinyl casement window by American Windows.

Do you have this style ? There are no labels on the windows to identify the manufacturer.
